    late mini-review: it is essentially about a woman’s coming age story and realizing that she has no one. she cares for absolutely nothing, even herself… more or less depressing when looking at the struggles of being a woman in a patriarchal society. there is very minimal dialogue. it is evident from the beginning of the film that her means of survival for financial security can only be accomplished through an escort service. the sleeping beauty part… i’ll leave to your imagination. by the way, why is the french poster so much more aesthetically pleasing, and misleading than the american one? when in actuality this does not tell a single thing about the movie… except maybe the “colour your lips the colour of your labia” scene.
